Biography

Georges CASTEIG

Born in 1966, Georges Casteig is a composer and pianist.

He was introduced to classical musical composition in Bordeaux (France) with Doru Dogaru (Solo Violin of the Bordeaux Aquitaine National Orchestra).

​

He completed his training at the Polyphonies school of musical composition under the direction of composer Jean-Luc Kuczynski (Harmony, Counterpoint, Composition, Orchestration).

Upon contact with this exceptional teacher, he decided to devote himself fully to composition.

​

His music is distinguished by its independence and aesthetic freedom. He finds in this creative freedom the ultimate means of self-realization and self-expression.
